TERM 3 (SPRING) SCHOOL HOLIDAY CLINICS

TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS

8:30AM - 2:00PM

Our school holiday clinics for all (Ages 6+) are packed full of fun games, skills & personal development! Your footy mad kids will not only get exercise but will develop a deeper understanding of AFL.

Come for 1 or 2 days each week, NO Kick Academy FNQ membership is required (All Welcome).

We ask parents/guardians to ensure your kids have the following:

• Hat
• Arrive with applied sunscreen - KAFNQ will have sunscreen for re-application (sensitive SPF 50+ - Everyday use)
• Water Bottle - KAFNQ will have adequate water for re-fills (NO SHARING OF WATER BOTTLES WILL BE PERMITTED)
• Healthy lunch & snacks (Pack an esky with an ice brick/cold pack) - NO NUTS
• Football boots &/or runners
• Towel - It gets hot & sweaty 
• Active / training wear
• Mouthguard

 DAILY SCHEDULE (Approximate)

"SKILLS MASTERCLASS" WITH VIDEO ANALYSIS FOR PLAYERS AGED 10+

• Meet & Greet - General Warm Up (30 MINS)
• Stretches / Skills (1 HR) 10yrs + / Skills Based games - Under 10yr old groups 
• MORNING TEA (30 MINS)
• Games / Masterclass Session (2 HRS) 10yrs+ / Skill Based Games - Under 10yr old groups 
• LUNCH (1 HR) - TV / Movies / Free Time
• Warm Up / Stretches / Match Simulation (General Skills Play Under 10yr old groups ) - (30 MINS)
• Daily Wrap, Video Tachnique Analysis & Awards
